Ady Croasdell
I really enjoyed myself and even volunteered to stay later and DJ at 4 so Vic and Gav got a break in the later hours. The club's a great basement dive (as all clubs should be) with about 5 different areas for drinking, talking or dancing. It's a wooden floor throughout so you can dance anywhere and serves booze up to about 3 which was about an hour longer than I needed. Music is a great mix of Soul, Northern, Ska, R7B and a smattering of jazz. Playlist not in order Marva Josie You Lied Time Etta James Mellow Fellows Argo " " & Sugar Pie In The Basement Checker (Do you get my drift?) Luther Ingram Oh Baby Don't You Weep Kent Paul Sindab I Was A Fool Powertree Micky Champion What Good Musette Bert Keyes Do Do Bah Bah Clock Sapphires Gotta Have Your Love ABC Lenny O'Henry Across The Street Atco Gene Mc Daniels Sweet Lover No More Columbia Jimmy Hughes It Ain't What You Got Atlantic That's all I can remember Usual old bollocks then.
