Rodders22
A few years ago I came across a copy of Sam Cooke's you send me on Black / Silver London on a 78 rpm. about 10 inch in size and a heavy duty Shellat. It got me thinking ! is there any big pre 1960s soul records on 78 rpm, and is the a market out there. I don't have the record now as it had a crack in it. Rod Clegg. Pete S
The first Motown release in the UK is on a 78. Unfortunately I've forgotten what it is. Didn't come out on a 45 though. Think Barrett Strong "Money" might also be on a 78 as well as a 45. 1 Link to comment Social source share
JOE TORQUAY
78's don't travel well by post and for some reason i think interest has fallen off in recent years, my mate in london told me the 78 dealers don't bother to go much nowadays to the rock and roll record fair in great portman st. because no one was buying. joe. 1 Link to comment Social source share

The Yank
I've seen "Baby Please Don"t Go" by Jo Ann Henderson on a Phono Graph 78 but I think that's more R & B or Popcorn than Soul. Link to comment Social source share
Roburt
It's been discussed here before but there are a few collectable soul / Motown 78's from places like India, Pakistan, Philippines, African countries, etc. SEE .... https://www.recordcollectorsguild.org/modules.php?op=modload&name=sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=54&page=1 Link to comment Social source share
