Was over there in late Autumn without having seen this ,so over a year after this pic was taken, the tree in its square planter box was still there. there was another identical  tree on the other side of the shops entrance . The planter was easily moved 3ft to the right to give clear view of the plaque , may I  suggest  to anyone who finds themselves in that shopping mall in the future to do likewise and maybe they will get fed up of putting it back .

I’ll be there in April so I’ll take my panda as it eats shoots and leaves...

Been there today and it’s now clear of obstruction
