It certainly is, looks far more friendly than the US Oliver. Generally though Canadian labels tend to be more bland than their US counterparts, I'm thinking of Quality, TM & Reo. Too pricey for me and have the Oliver one anyway, not in brilliant shape but for $30 I'm not complaining. OOPS it's starting to climb!!
