I received an email from Danny Cannon's (Lenny's real name) neighbour and helper who I had been corresponding with to tell me that he passed away peacefully in hospital on September 27th.

I forgot about the Beach scene plays. The 67 Atco release was just a re-release of two of his earlier Atco sides; Danny had no idea why. I'll find his age and post it up later.

I also forgot to add that in 1963 he was L B Wilson on Vivid singing 'Don't' another Bob Crewe production
