I was not aware that refreshing a post was a new method or against the rules of membership of Soul Source. There was no intention on my part to Spam. So again, I can only offer my apologies and undertake not to use the refreshing method again. Idea of events 'talk' is ment to be worthwhile and a bit of fun for people to look forward to events, clicking on a thread with 'refreshment' under all three is neither any of that, if want to bump a thread up just add somthing worthwhile for members too read.
