Love this belting mid-tempo/beat ballad. Has it ever been played out anywhere?

Any info on the artist as well would be appreciated.

That as her first record, it's a UK Decca B side - probably her best know is Nothing Lasts Forever (Parlophone) which is crap

Decca had a licensing deal with parrot in the USA mate - they released Listen To My heart by The Bats which is a good white stomper, along with Tom Jones and stuff like that.
