Pete S
Jimmy Robbins - Repossesing my love RB Hudman - Yo Yo Any of these ever got played at any soul nights? Ed link Jimmy Robbins is listed as R&B in Manship but I thought it was a 70's record, pink label? RB Hudman was played as was Billy Joe Royals version though I don't think anyone ever played Cilla Blacks' version (LP track) Link to comment Social source share

Emjaygee
Jimmy Robins has had minor spins on and off for years, It's defo early 70's but maintains the R&B 60's feel rather than moving over to the funk influence. Link to comment Social source share
Agent45
The Dizzy Gillespe is good and funky, but I always had higher hopes for it. The Buddy Guy has been played at some mod clubs....what label is that RB Hudmon on? Link to comment Social source share
lisahurley
I played the Joe Cato at the 100 club earlier this year. I do love it but it sounds a bit medieval, especially the intro, conjures up pictures of elves and goblins doing a jig Link to comment Social source share
