The 1961 HMV release is first, it has the United Artists logo on the label, as it was part of a "United Artists" series, before EMI started it's UA imprint which began in August 1962. Mary Wells Oriole LP was cheap at £89 [last year making £200,,maybe more interest from genral collectors]think the bad tape residue on year held it back?
