Things are getting back to normal on my end.  It's been a rough couple of months.  We buried my sister last week after her long bout with cancer.  She had a tumor in her back and it could nto be removed.  She fought on for a few years.  The good thing is that she is no longer in pain.  Still hard to deal with.

 

On the better side of things, my girlfriend started working again after her bout with bladder cancer.  For those who remember, she had to had her bladder removed last September because of a growth that was on her bladder.  They replaced the bladder with what they call a neo bladder.  It's a procedure in which they take part of the large intestine and make a new bladder with it.  It was a long recovery but about three weeks ago she started working where I work at.  It has been a roller coaster ride for sure this past year.

 

I started to play my records again after a couple of months.  I always feel that my records are the best medicine for any stress.  I can ease my mind now that I know my sister is no longer suffering and is resting peacefully.
