That means people who have paid and returned get refunded back and Ebay should then credit me back the selling fees but not the listing ones. This and last month I've had quite a tussle with them as they haven't been crediting anything back. Whilst the amounts don't run into the 1000s, correct is correct. I don't know if or how long it's been happening this was the 1st time I'd checked. So, moral of the story DO check your account credits due in one month can get carried over to the next one.
