In-demand Ohio modern soul on this tiny private label. No pic sleeve but a nice clean copy.

Westpoint – Come and get the love / High steppin – Hitmaker 1027

This is really something special right here. High Steppin is a nice obscure mid-80s boogie tune but the flip is an exceptional 6 minute slow jam that still blows me away although I've listened to it about a 100 times. I managed to pick a very limited number of copies of the artist so copies are mint and once these are gone you'll probably never see a copy again.

Obscure but quality early sixties soul outta Chicago that's extremely hard to pick up in this condition.

Awesome Cali funk 45 that has stayed very much under the radar in spite of its inclusion in the Legendary Deep Funk comp. Has a crack near th edge but plays very well as you can hear.
