Guest Posted September 17, 2006 Share Posted September 17, 2006 confusion last night at lincoln as someone was trying to buy (and someone else to sell!!!) tickets for the east anglian soul club re-launch in peterborough in october. please make note the east anglian soul club events (last friday of each month) are ON THE DOOR ONLY, no tickets. there are huge murmours about the re-launch so if anyone is worried about not getting in they can e-mail TheEASC@aol.com to say they'll be coming and spaces WILL be left for them in case of over subscription. (see kev, that's how it's done!! The Velvellettes in peterborough, novemebr 17th IS however an advance ticket job. information about the east anglian soul club events are on www.eastangliansoulclub.org and info for velvellttes is on https://soulbanter.2.ag/TheVelveletteslive@...thNovember.html hope that clears the air and heads off any further "ticket-gate" fiascos. Hi Coops The other thing as well with this night with The Velvelettes is that it will not be oversold! Once the limit has been reached with advance tickets (and or if) any on the door are sold then the doors will be closed. I am always fairly strict when it comes to numbers allowed in and will not go above the venue limit at all. Believe me there will be no 'ticketgate' at this or any of the Velvelettes dates! Once the limit has been reached with advance tickets (and or if) any on the door are sold then the doors will be closed.
