New Activity - messages?

Bo Diddley

Recommended Posts

Hello Mike,

When I click on New Activity, in addition to the list of new posts, I seem to be able to see messages between some members. The type of post on the far left of the screen is listed as a Status Update.

Not a problem for someone like me who's basically very nosey, but makes me feel like I shouldn't be reading them.

If this is as it should be, all well and good.

the 'status updates' have always been open, they are the  comments that used to also appear on the sidebar as well as profile comments

the pms are still separate and personal

HI Mike, As you say, always been able to see Status Updates, but these messages appear listed as Status Updates when I don't think they are. I've tried to do a screen shot to show what I mean - Alfred Hockaday > NickH

(screen shot didn't work!)
