GordonS
Any set times yet? I plan to be down after doing the opening set at Abram Labour Club - especially what time Terry J is on. The proposed set is mouthwatering and has me heading for the shelves so I can learn the words and singalong :-) I'd love to be able to play to a crowd who appreciate such good tunes - not rare just quality. OK I do to a certain extent slip in the less obvious now and then at Everything's Tuesday but that really is just an extension of my front room I believe Paddy is doing the opening set - shame that I'll miss it but he'll just have to set up a venue at St. Hilaire and we can all pile down there and have some frommidge and vim to the choons. Just listening to Teee on Real Love Radio as per usual Sunday night - quality soul. Gordon Link to comment

Gordon Hey Gordon Paddy is doing his 'au revoir' set 8.30-9.30 - not sorted the rest yet BUT TJ & Andy will be doing an early set and a later party set too...........and somewhere in the middle and at the end you will also find Steve Connor, Barry Maleady, Flanny & meself all battling for deck time. See you Friday Steve btw The list of records are just to give a flavour of what 'might' get played, certainly not a proposed set - that would be far to presumptous of me I thought folk may comment on one or two of them but no one has commented as yet Link to comment

GordonS
I'll certainly comment on Get It Outcha System - wonderful real soul music. Heard Precisions version of "If This Is Love" on t'radio tonight makes me think I'll have to play Millie's version on Friday at Abram. I'm doing 8 till 9 so I think I can get away with a few bits of class the are not designed to fill the floor as the punters chat and get their first drinks in. Hope to get down between 10 and 10.30. And ZZ's version of Make Me Yours - so rich.
