This is the first release on the obscure Southern label Jarval. ‘Run for Cover’ is hard edged Northern. ‘Pride and Joy’ is a great cover of the Marvin Gaye classic. Extremely rare. Copies have reached £540.

Sy Risby, Chuck Flintroy & the Night Train – Hope We Have /Ain’t Love Wonderful (6^th Avenue AV-601) £100

An impossibly rare release on the obscure Canadian 6^th Avenue label. Top double sider. ‘Hope We Have’ is a great cover of The Chi-lites classic and ‘Ain’t Love Wonderful’ is fantastic crossover.  This has went for up to £170.
