Recently posted a couple to a dealer in St Ouen L'aumone Ile-de-France , has excellent ebay feedback, records not arrived. Kegsy Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 You can try to claim off the royal mail but you will have to prove how much YOU paid for the records NOT what the buyer paid. Hi Dean Mine is the reverse France to UK I've had a record go missing posted from France 12th September last year & it turned up on Monday & still intact inside I contacted the seller & he sent me another record Free of charge which arrived within 4 days I have just paid the seller for the free copy he sent & he as thanked me for my honesty Atb Kev Edited February 15, 2017 by Kev John 1 Link to comment Social source share More sharing options...
