I try to grade accurately and with consistency, but if you still feel that you have been done wrong, get in touch asap(within 7 days from receiving the records) and we will sort it out with a refund, reduction, replacement or whatever. I think my grading eqquaals or betters many major UK dealers I have dealt with. As a collector I know the feeling of disappointment when you get a record in worse condition than you had expected, hopefully this will not happen when you buy from me. PAYMENT.
