This is the B side of the issue 45rpm with "Scandal in bedrock" (and is also featured on the lp "Stay a while with me"). Is it this single particularly rare? What's its goin' rate? Is it a edit cut? (saw a clip on youtube that plays the long album version, me think, 'cause on the label it's signed a 3 minutes length). The tune was issued on the Sussex album "Stay a While With Me" and as a single, the b side to "Scandal in Bedrock" The album version is slightly longer than the 45. There is a dodgy unlabeled 45 in existence which plays the Album version, many will claim this is a test pressing but I'm of the opinion that its a boot. The single is essentially not that rare but its a keeper and as such doesn't appear for sale that often.I guess in todays market with the demand it would sell easily at around £100, although I'm sure many will claim its a £20 record. Great Van McCoy arrangement of course and one to sit back and enjoy on the headphones.
