Grading:

M - Mint, perferct record, couldn't be better!

NM - Near mint, not quite mint, but as near as it gets!

E - Excellent, same as VG++, may have few light scratches/very slight label wear, plays with very little if any surface noise

VG - Very Good, probably surface scratches, plays with surface noise, may have label wear

G - Good, lots of scratches/scuffs to vinyl, probably plays with severe surface noise/skips, hopefully I won't have to grade anything with this

From M1 (5 mins):

Leave motorway at J37, proceed towards Barnsley, over pelican crossing to traffic lights on major cross-roads. Turn left; follow this road for a half-mile, look out for 'Tom Treddlehoyle' Pub on left and turn left immediately before it. Follow this road for a quarter-mile, Friendship Pub on right at junction.
