Mike
A quick email to site pass on, sounds interesting Just wanted to let you know my previously unpublished interview with Wilson Pickett (from 1978, when I was a staff writer in the publicity department at Atlantic Records - he was returning to Atlantic with his Funky Situation album) is now out in the March issue of Record Collector (#464). Cheers, Dan Nooger Link to comment Social source share
Mickey Finn
Thanks for the tip. That was a decent album and it deserves a separate reissue. It was re-released as part of an Atlantic box set that came and went in 2010. Demon/Edsel have been releasing the 60s Atlantic LPs as twofer cds. The final one in the series covers the early 70s releases "In Philadelphia" and "Don't Knock My Love" plus tracks previously unreleased until the 2010 box set. Well worth the purchase Link to comment Social source share
