More 'almost forgotten' and rarely heard records that were very decent floorfillers at Rotherham Clifton Hall, The Rotherham Windmill and Cleethorpes Winter Gardens in the early 80's. Along with a few real biggies, here are some of the lesser known sounds of the day. Some are probably due a revival. How many do you remember? Anyhow, give it a good listen and, if you were there, get yourself transported back to the early 80's. And if you weren't around at the time you should still find it an interesting retrospective. On the way from the train station to the venue once, me and a couple of mates were chased in the streets by a couple of Bikers wielding a bit of 4 x 2 timber each. Apparently we were mistaken for some local gang who had pissed these guys off.
