Now Here's A Conundrum

I have two of the below, one I have got for a mate of mine which arrived today, not the mate but the record!!

Anyway, both are stamped 45 111632 but then one is followed with the number 4 and the other 7. Also the one stamped with 7 has a single number 2 stamped on it's own further round on the run out and the other has 1, which I presume are the release "A" / "B" side on each. Also the text is slightly different on each.

My question is and that is if you are not confused, which is the first release or are they same release but from different areas? (probabley not the right terminology but I have had a few beers!!)
