If you look at the birthdays at the bottom of the forums section there are loads of folk well into there 60s. Are they still active at events etc I'm not sure....I would say your still just a slip of a lad and good luck to to you if your still enjoying it. I have to say that at events/niters there seems lots who are well into there 60,s even 70s, but I know the scene does take it out of you so there possibly a lot younger!!! Kind regards....Rob

I'll be 71 next month. m Most of my close family lives well into their 90s or early 100s.  So, I expect to be around a while.  I'm still working, and I live each year at regular intervals in 5 countries on 2 continents.  So, I move regularly.  I still lift free weights almost every day, still run, swim ski, and played ice hockey until I was 50.  Sadly,  I don't buy records anymore (probably because I will live to be over 100, and will need the money.   Can't attend all-nighters anymore (mostly because I'm seldom in The UK.  But, sometimes I pull an all-nighter drawing cartoons for a heavy deadline.  :pirate:

Your knowledge and memory are amazing Robb, your an interesting chap....what's old these days...can remember when someone reached 80 it was amazing, seems like the norm now....keep posting, it's good reading, thank you..Rob

75ish I think? Unbelievable...... I think Ted Massey is around 67/8 as well

Who's the oldest regular all nighter attendee? I know one or two in their early 60s

My good mate Jimmy Buff. Got his bus pass a while back. Still going nighters on a weeklybasis.  Dave the hat from Whitchurch was 70 recently and still seen regularly at nighters up and down the country. Me im just a young un at 58. Been going nighters for 42 years and still do.

We both 68.... and we see lots of folk out who look our age. Record collecting, Dj'ing occasionally and dancing keeps us going!

Fred, the oldest teenager in Scunny .... but then, the only good thing to come out of Scunny ... is the road to Donny ....
