Very tough Brilliant R&B tune to find by R&B singer from New York

His first release here on Foxie of 1962, that it had a real great uptempo R&B rocking tune with fantastic saxophone break !!!

Seriously an very obscure 45 record that rarely pops up for sale, in any condition
