NOOKIE BOY: I've Got Everything For You Baby * A.F.O., M-, 275.- Euro
New Orleans popcorn R&B rarity for the dancefloor. Why Oliver Morgan, who had hit with "Who Shot The Lala" named himself Nookie Boy on this record remains a secret. Anyway, great and truly hard to find  R&B mover in dream like condition.

SCOTT CUNNINGHAM BAND - 4 Track E.P. * * BLACK HORSE, VG+, with a feelable mark on "Morning Madness", otherwise M-, 75.- Euro
Folky, funky 4-Track EP from point nowhere. Well if you like Terry Callier and the likes this one is for you. Ethereal jazzy sounds for the blue hour of the night. HERMAN GRIMES: Thought I Had It Made * RED BIRD, VG++, 75.- Euro

SASS: I Only Wanted To Love You * 20th CENTURY, promo, M-, 60.-
For 1976 this is pretty much as hard as a group soul record got. Lead singer Fred Ross wrote this one for the San Francisco group he was fronting at the time and he put his heart into singing it as well. An atmospheric ballad packing a big gritty punch. (words actually by John Ridley, but I second every word he writes here)

One of these Detroit records, that you never see for sale and definitely the hardest one on Tuba. Unfortunately this beauty is also in Detroit condition with numerous surface marks, but it plays rather nice for the unsleeved torture this baby suffered for most of it's life.
