THE AUDIO LATHE PO Box 5145 Eugene Ore. 97405 (in Red) Stamped SIDE A (in blue) WRITTEN ON (in pen).... Sweet Lover Fortson & Scott Stamped SIDE B (in blue) WRITTEN ON (in pen).... Look In To My Heart Willie Faulks Small centre hole but with another hole off centre (covered over with label) Any info on this, any more exist??
