Always liked The Mods '' Dry My Eyes''

Great Garage from Memphis supposedly written by the same person who wrote "Betty Davis Eyes" (?)

The cherry people , and suddenly

Always thought of this as more pop/psych? Kind of like the Mamas and Pappas. Nice though thanks for mentioning it, I'd never listened to any of their other stuff but quite a bit of it is not bad at all. Pretty lush orchestration though probably puts it out of the "garage" bracket.

This one is not bad, could probably dance to it 😉

Apparently it was played out way back in the day

I can well believe it, similar pop sound to several others, always loved Jimmy Cliff Waterfall although it's pretty poppy and orchestral as well.

Just realised the instrumental of this was released on IA 112 and was played on the Northern scene...

Always loved this - written by Ed Cobb of course, who also wrote Tainted Love.

Not much Soul content here, but classic Garage -

This one of theirs has a 'Northern Soul' feel to it though....

I thought i would dig a couple out of my Garage Band collection. First one a 7 Dwarfs sound about it (maybe not 😯)

Garage band staple this one - from memory the Troggs and Plan 9 did a version and original 70's US punk rocker Richard Hell which I've got on cassette, nice version though.

Very nice.

Will have to check those other versions out, And the Richard and the young lions track i looked at the video on YouTube of them miming to the song and thought the Stones with the voice that jagger has would have made a very good version don't you think?
