Surely a decent DJ plays records that reflect the tail end of the previous set in terms of tempo etc, whilst providing a bridge to your own set and also singalling what you're going to do musically.

How can you start a DJ set  with records that you have planned.  Follow your heart. Not a plan. Steve

nice tunes.......just the wrong play order ....and never the first three to play...tempo,s all over the place .....just my opinion ..i,m not envious either as i,ve got them !!

No set rules on this obviously it depends on the punters that are there, i remember i dj'd a few years back at an across the board Northern night and kicked off with these which filled the floor
