Adding a flyer to your event - Best practice

Best if flyer is in an jpg image format and of a size between 800px - 1200px width

Every event guide entry has an built in image holder called the 'Cover Image' which is the best place for adding your flyer

 

To add the event flyer to the main event page as a 'Cover Image' 

• When posting an event -   look for 'cover image' heading and upload your flyer image via the 'choose single item' button
• When editing an event - you need to hit the 'manage event' button - then choose 'edit details' - then look for 'cover image' heading and upload your image via the 'choose single item' button
   

One uploaded as a cover image it then shows...

• As a cover image on the top of the event page (you can alter the position of it if needed later)
• Clickable thumbnail on the event side bar
• Also may show on highlights/feeds elsewhere on site
• Automatically shows off site when posted/shared to twitter, facebook etc etc
