Gloria Lane – Lets get together / Love of my life – Spotlight 1001 M- £750
(Championed under cover by Ginger Taylor as Betty Baker & Heartbreakers, this incredibly rare femme double sider is a class act. “Let’s get together” with its rasping brassy intro and Motownesque quality vocals gets my vote. This Spotlight label 45 from New York is in tip-top condition, with just a P penned on the flip. One appeared on DISCOGs at 1500 if you want!)
