events - mapping and bits

work currently underway on this part of the event guide - so if hit and delays/errors  thats why

bascially too many members are getting the address bit of  the event wrong when adding a event - as in they are  posting the wrong bits in the wrong places

when this happens it can mean that the system can not work out the correct map location, meaning the event doesn't show in listing such as the 'events near me' feature

so have to dumb some features - such as  the england/wales/scotland flags will now just be gb/uk 

and insist on some others eg if no postcode then no show on the front page etc etc
