Bobby Womack - 1972 performance contract (Times Square, North Carolina).  SOLD

A Walden Artists and Promotions performance contract for a June 1972 Bobby Womack performance in North Carolina. To put this document in context, the soundtrack to Across 110th Street would be released later that year.

The package contains the original contract, 4 office carbon copies and 5 unsigned deposit riders. Note that this was a cancelled booking (stamped) but is of important historical significance, outlining deposits payable, artists fees and terms and conditions of that time. Documents are in very good condition, with only minor creasing etc acceptable for age. A very worthy addition to any serious Womack fan's collection.
