Looking for OFFERS on this modern/funky soul rarity previously listed at £400 - bargain price, but happy to consider any offers.

Bad news is that whilst the record looks clean enough (strong VG to VG+), the opening spoken intro section is a bit fuzzy like it's been cue burned. However, after that the record settles down and plays great. Check out the soundfile.
