I've got one and it's fine.

Bought one in December for £200 from Richer Sounds and then claimed a £25 rebate from AT so £175. Very good value. Sound quality is very good for the money and build quality seems robust. Mi

I have one, very pleased with it, thoroughly recommended.

Ken, I own one which I keep in the lounge for playing LP's mostly (I also have 2 Technics SL1210's in my mixing room).

the LP120 is very sturdy and has the features of the Technics but is not as good (it's unfair to compare them due to the price diffrrence).

Mine has a Technics rubber mat which deadens the platter ringing (unlike a SL1210 the platter itself has no rubber dampening underneath but the Technics rubber slip mat (about £10) works a treat).

I added a KAB solution cartridge (basically this is an Ortofon Concorde cartridge with a hi-fi grade Ortofon OM stylus (great sound). The turntable is connected to a Schitt Mani pre-amp which goes into a Cambridge Audio amp.

Sound quality is very good to my ears and I've experienced no play back problems at all. Note there is a very slight motor noise when first start up a record but not audible when music playing.

I also added a heavier tone arm weight that AT sell online to improve tracking.

Things to ask seller about:

1. does the anti skate work? (pre-2018 models had an issue with this)

2. is the platter warped?

3. is the stylus in good nick (I'd get a new, good quality  one anyway)

Otherwise a good turntable if set up correctly. Hope that helps.

EDIT just realised you are asking about the newer model so the anti skate issue is fixed)

Both me and my son have one each, great turntable for the money.
