Impossiby rare 45 on Black Giant (same label as Jim Manns) not one copy ever sold on Discogs, the only person I know who has played this is Red Greg, which speaks volumes! 

Condition VG+ visually, but it plays with virtually no background noise. The white specs on the photo is just dust. Sound clips on request.
