I've cleaned it up a bit and sent you the file. To my ears it sound like a reggae 'dub' track with a bit of rock guitar at the end. No idea what it it, but good luck with your search.

Deffo more reggae dub than funk - some of the vocals very heavy African accent - makes me want to smoke a spliff if that helps
