Just a little reminder for 2007.. In case you missed the original thread.

Last year Kevin Laverty (aka Soufriere1) from Canada sold me a record

he never had, and stole a serious amount of cash ($$$$) from me..

I have received no record, nor a refund of my money. And of course he

has gone silent on me.. Have reported this to the canadian police, but

nothing has happened so far

Something to consider if you plan to do business with him in the future..

How the hell does this guy get away with his dodgy dealings.

If you check funk 45 , soul strut or waxidermy forums respectively there is a plethora of us collectors seething at this guys actions.

Can he be that hard to track down ??

Glyn the guy in question, Christian, has tracked him down, rung him, emailed him, reported to the police and goodness knows what else but the guy must have a brass neck because he's taken no notice whatsoever, the only way to sort this out is a face to face but unlikely as they live thousands of miles apart.

The on,y thing to do is confirm it is him trading under a new name and every time anyone bids on one of his items, send them a warning. Probably need a new ebay account to do this.
