The Phantom - Come Back To Me/Uh Huh, Oh Yeah (Karisma) Ex £400

Killer lowrider 45, rarely seen and barely ever heard, here is the far superior version (IMHO) of Sonny Craver’s Musette 45 titled simply ‘Come Back’.  Only once through Discogs some 4 years ago and just six through eBay the last of which was almost 7 years ago! Currently this is cruising stealth like under the radar thanks to its rarity but it has a big future given the right exposure. The flip will have its champions too and I’ve included a link to that below as it’s not to be ignored. Rarity assured, exclusively assured, quality assured, investment potential assured. You won’t see another for some considerable time. Last copy I saw on private sale was £600. A true grail 45 - don’t sleep.

David Martin - You’re Mighty Right (Rekord) Ex £125

Killer modern soul/crossword that’s exceptionally rare on its first JayPee issue (think Tim Brown auctioned one recently and it made £700!), here is its second release apparently no more than 12 months later and whilst it currently sells for a fraction of the price it’s guaranteed to go way beyond today’s asking price. Had its plays in the ‘80s but long forgotten  and ripe for revival.

Delacardos - Got No One/She’s The One I Love (Atlantic) Vg+ (BB hole) £50

Killer double sider that’s risen in demand and price over the past couple of years thanks largely to the hauntingly brilliant lowrider top side. Don’t ignore the flip though, a driving northern group dancer that deserves more exposure. Seen this sell at £60/70 on top condition recently.
