FrankM
Why not celebrate New Year in the traditional fashion. No, not with a can of Tennents and a copy of the Best of The Old Grey Whistle Test. But listening to a radio show from Scotland. It's pre recorded of course but I have edited a whole Caledonia Soul Club down to two hours of underplayed and simply fantastic soul music. It was recorded at the Woodside Social Club in Maryhill Glasgow. Regular DJ's Martin Gavin and Lenny Harkins are joined by Mikey Collins guesting from Friday Street. They are in top form both on the decks and on the mic. The show goes out on Saturday 1st January at 2:30pm (GMT) on www.radiomagnetic.com The records include Mary Saxton Losing Control Clay Hunt In The City Square TC lee Yup and down the Hill Luther Ingram If it's all the same Les Chansonettes Don't Let Him Hurt You Herb Ward Honest to Goodness Brice Coffield Ain't That Right E Rodney Jones peace of Mind Curtis Lee Is she in your Town The Cautions No Other way The Magnetics When I'm with my baby The Sand Pipers Lonely Too Long The Spontanes Where did I go Wrong?
