Lovely copy of this gorgeous female lowrider favourite, seen the price rising sharply recently too (top price of £100 on Discogs from a recent listing). Not an easy find either despite the big label.

Augustine Twins (Don & Ron) - Everyday Of My Life/My Place (Duke) Ex £50

Killer Texas (just wait for those Texan horns) lowrider that seems less well known on this side of the Atlantic. Recent sales have seen this be on the move so maybe the word is spreading (or US demand is still driving the price). Don’t ignore the dancer flip either! Doesn’t show in nice condition often.

Nialations - I’ll Take You Just As You Come (BRC Demo S/M versions) Ex £40

Sublime seventies sweet soul (classy bit of alliteration there too LOL), lots of demand stateside for this amongst the lowrider collectors and rightly so. My last copy flew out at £55 and I’ve seen sell at £75 more recently, great copy. (N.B. This is the demo so has Mono/Stereo versions on both sides and does not include the crossover cut ‘Every Time’ or it would be three times the price).

Caesars - Get Yourself Together/(Lala) I Love You (Laine) Vg plays okay some gentle crackle, not as prevalent on ‘I Love You’ side) £25

Surely one of the best group harmony double siders of all time. ‘Together’ is killer lowrider harmony, flip it for a fabulous northern group dancer. Been rising in value recently as copies are ferreted away into collections (seen nice copies sell at £75 recently).
