Guest SAFC-SOULBOY Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 (edited) Ian Dewhirst the man who gave us the wonderful Mastercuts series of the 1990's appears in Darlington this Sunday April 8th @ Inside Out (formerly Perry's & Club2K) The evening kicks off at 9pm with Neil Massey, Paul Clarke & Ewan Renton all spinning the discs along side the main man. The sounds on offer will be all sides of Soul music from the 60's up to present day gems including Northern,Modern,Jazz-Funk,Disco & Rare Groove. The cost for this one-off special is £5 & like i said earlier the evening begins at 9pm till late.. Looks like Darlington is the place to be this Sunday with the likes of Quentin Harris @ the Blue rooms, Lenny Fontana @ Atlantic & the all day special @ Avalon.... Decisions decisions!!!! Guest mark shepherd Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 Not wanting to high jack the thread - but would just like to throw Joes bar into the Darlington mix, for this Sunday playing x-over / 70,s and modern soul, been going from strength to strength since christmas last year, every friday and saturday nite. starts 6.30 til late / free to get in / enjoy a meal in Joe rigatonis above joes bar to round off the evening. all local home grown DJ,s Pete foster & shep (the brit) Carlo and Harry Link to comment
