Dublin's finest are hosting a Motown Charity Night at the Royal Dublin Hotel in O'Connell St, Dublin. The night runs from 8pm until 2am - Saturday 23 June and only 7 Euros on the door. There will be prizes being raffled off and more great music than you can shake a stick at....now here's the important stuff: The charity is The Jack And Jill's Childrens Foundation which helps babies born with severe developmental delay, some of which require 24 hour care that doesn't be covered by insurance or the government and helps their families by trying to alleviate some of the financial burden. Just packing my bag - all liquids in 100ml bottles in a clear plastic bag, records in 100 box, passport, Euros and loads of soul CDs as raffle prizes....Dublin here I come.
