If it wasn't rare nobody would play it. Muggins here once bought the 7" Run Away thinking it was the EP, cost me £40 about 6 years ago and took me about 5 years to sell it! Gene-R Posted February 3, 2005 Share Posted February 3, 2005 (edited) Whats on the EP ?? any good? just out of curiosity the gasher link The tracks on the EP are "I'm Gonna Run Away From You/The Boy Next Door/At The Party/Run Away (aka You My Love)". The first copy to be played was from a double-sided Atlantic acetate, "You My Love/At The Party", and was played by Keb Darge during the summer/autumn of 1986. I remember when I did my guest spot at the 100 Club in November 1986, Keb came up to me with the acetate in his hand and asked if I wanted to play it before he put it up for sale (via Pete Lawson) for £100. Of course, I jumped at the opportunity and played it during my spot, but didn't have enough cash at the time to buy it myself!! As far as I know, both tracks were never released anywhere, other than on this French EP. How the hell "You My Love" translates to "Run Away" beats me though!!
