We'd beg her to put it on the dansette and then dance round her front room like loons. I still have a place in the collection for this, brilliant Picture Cover, by the way NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE. The Kid, Not a rare record, but reminds me of the Early Days of collecting, found a copy in a second hand shop, wonder what else was there that I missed, there used to be thousands of 60's records at our local second hand shop. is that the Original release in the Country of this records origin, Belgium I think it was although I'm probably wrong. Simon Agree totally - could do with more instrumentals being played at Soul nights full-stop, in MHO. It's tracks like this that have always made Northern Soul so fascinating and hard to define - after all, it's got knack all to do with soul, but still sounds so right at a soul night (I'll be in trouble with the 'soul police' now for saying that!!!)
