Earl Van Dyke "all For You"

Ever since I were a lad, it's been one of those NS conundrums - has anyone EVER seen a US issue or demo of "All for you"? I'm reminded of this because my mouth watered on reading that the copy that Radio caroline used in the 60's was a US acetate - have a look at this page:

....or did I misread it and they were sent a UK acetate? :ohmy:

Released in UK because Earl Van Dyke used it to open the tour in '674 "Ready Steady Go" etc

Was due for USA Soul release #35009 probably never reach the labeling stage. I don't know anyone who has or seen a copy.. could exist though if you consider the recent Patrice Holloway on VIP etc.
