And if so how far from the nearest civilised town, i.e. with rail station?Are there any decent hotels around there. And I appreciate off topic here, but surely something all these bloody fans of "mini-nighters" in other thread cant like is being thrown out in some strange foreign land along with the local drunks! Great, feel like 17 again! newton station is about the handiest,....and there's a travel lodge on the east lancs towards liverpool 5 mins(by car) from the venue.situated on the east lancashire road. taxi from newton to lowton between 5 and 10 quid at the very most..regards Mike(hope that helps) Link to comment
