The line up consisted of Richard Searling, Gary Rushbrook, Dave Withers, Ady Pountain, Keith, Dave and on occasion Ian Clark. Upstairs in the "oldies" room, Pete Wild, Dave Alcock, Chris Plant, Dave Greet and Nick Marshall. There's an article in an old Manifesto with an article by Dave where this came from. Sure Mike posted it on site somewhere. '84 will be the Keb/Guy era I presume? Link to comment

Guest in town Mikey
Not had a chance to read the article yet, but will do. I think Keith helped promote the first night, before stepping aside. But he still did the last hour in the main room for years. Maybe right up until the the end. Link to comment

I seem to remember going the last Wigan one month and Stafford the next month, almost as if one era ends and another begins. I know i'm wrong, it can't have been that smooth a transition. I wonder what was going on in between? Or maybe they overlapped? When was the last oldies niter, the one with the orange badge with the gramaphone on it? Matt Link to comment
