I am not sure if this has been confirmed yet but I was under the impression that the events at CIS are no longer.

Perhaps someone can confirm this?

I heard this too, at the weekend.

Also heard that Caledonian is stopping.

Really really hope both rumours are wrong.

"Also heard that Caledonian is stopping."

Not true

I will be there this Saturday night and every other last saturday in the month till Novemebr when Andy dennison has been booked.

There was a slight hitch with the venue and an objection to its license last year.

Mind you the website needs up dated.

I am planning on getting up for the anniversary in September??

Already have £35 in Scottish notes squirrelled away.

For anyone planning on going, who hasnt been, they dont like English notes over the bar...or has that changed now.

I think you'll find it's the other way round, when we dare to venture south of the border with our 'funny money'... oh the looks I've had whistling.gif

I had a £20 of HJammy a few years ago, it took me months to get someone here to accept it, even though legally they have to dont they?

As long as it says sterling, they should take them.

post offices and banks are happy to change them i've found.

or you can repatriate them as i do whistling.gif
