OK folks........Time for a new year sales list.

Condition is excellent (I never grade mint) in all cases except where noted.

As always its first come first served. Just send me a PM.

As always, don't just take my word for it.......if you have any comments on any records listed then feel free to add them.

Are they Good/Crap, Value for Money/Over-priced??!!!!

Enjoy!!!

John

HIghly Recommended:

Pick any 4 and pay for 3 (i.e. cheapest free)

Accents: New Girl (MPac) £10

One of the great essential cheap Northern records. Pound for pound I rate it higher than the rarer version (sorry Phil!!)

Jimmy Beaumont: There's No Other Love (Gallant) £5

Another great midtempo northern dancer from JB.

Archie Bell: Love Will Rain On You (Atlantic) £5

Awesome midtempo crossover/Northern that's hardly off the decks at home at the moment. Love it!!!!

Gene Chandler: Such A Pretty Thing (Checker) £10

One of my favourite of his and that's saying something. Brilliant Northern dancer.

Chocolate Syrup: You Got A Lot To Give (Brown Dog) £10

Totally overlooked but totally brilliant 70's dancer.

Creations: I've Got To Find Her (Globe) £10

Sounds a lot more expensive that it actually is. If it was rare then it'd be a monster.

Perfect atmospheric Chicago Northern.

Four Chaps: True Lovers (Co + CE) £15

Avoid the whiter Vogues version and get on this. Perfect midtempo group soul with just that hint of doo-wop that's perfect for now.

Few of us picked up on this a few years back and made it a regular spin back at Soul Heaven. Still sounds great and hasn't been over-exposed.
